Bootcamp - Friday - 06.45 - 07.30
Boot Camp is a military inspired workout in which traditional circuit moves are interspersed with functional activities to create a series of high intensity, challenging blocks. Boot Camp classes focus on the three fundamentals - cardio, strength and agility to improve your balance, strength and flexibility.
Circuits - Sunday - 08.30 - 09.30
A high intensity fitness class which can be adapted for all fitness levels. An aerobic warm-up is followed by a wide range of exercises designed to challenge all major muscle groups. Working from station-to-station each circuit focuses on improving strength, cardiovascular, muscular endurance and core strength work to improve fitness, shape and tony the whole body.
Beginners Yoga - Wednesday - 19.00 - 20.00
Yoga is a spiritual, mental, and physical activity in which you will perform a range of stretches and positions to enhance your physical and mental state. No matter what your age, ability or experience yoga is an inclusive activity suitable for everyone. With physical, spiritual, and mental benefits, it truly is a holistic activity. Yoga increases muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability and is an excellent activity to improve posture and enhance your breathing technique. It has been proven to have positive effects on our mental well-being; decreasing stress and anxiety whilst promoting attention and concentration.
