Erith - Legs, Bums and Tums - Tuesday - 10:30 - 11:15
Legs, Bums and Tums is a light hearted class in which fat burning aerobics are followed by intensive conditioning work. The focus is on the lower body and core but upper body work is included for an all round workout. This class will appeal to both complete beginners, aerobic enthusiasts and anyone returning to exercise and looking to work these targeted areas and increase their cardiovascular fitness.

Cycling is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories.
