Sidcup - Legs, Bums & Tums -Monday 10:30 - 11:30

 

Legs, Bums and Tums is a light hearted class in which fat burning aerobics are followed by intensive conditioning work. The focus is on the lower body and core but upper body work is included for an all round workout. This class will appeal to both complete beginners, aerobic enthusiasts and anyone returning to exercise and looking to work these targeted areas and increase their cardiovascular fitness.

 

Erith Pilates - Tuesday 20:15 - 21:00

 

A refreshing mind-body workout, which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles. It focuses on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Control of movement and breathing condition your body to maintain good posture with absolute abdominal control.

 

Crook Log - Boxercise - Wednesday 20:30 - 21:30

 

Boxercise is a full body workout based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Expect to increase your stamina and tone your muscles using shadow-boxing moves, skipping, hitting pads, kicking, punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit ups. This strength and endurance workout promotes all round fitness.

 

To qualify for the free class of the month all casual users must complete an enquiry card.
