About Lifeguard Courses

Lifeguarding is an amazing public service able to instil confidence and safeguard lives in, on, and near water. Having a lifeguarding qualification is an excellent skill that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Our fully comprehensive courses are implemented by qualified instructors and follow RLSS syllabuses to ensure quality, care, and excellence. The skills you will gain from lifeguarding courses will benefit you for your entire life and help promote water safety and ultimately save lives. Becoming a qualified lifeguard through our courses can lead you into a role of great responsibility and often can open doors to progress in the leisure industry.

The Benefits of

There are numerous benefits to lifeguarding; first and foremost the valuable life skills that you will learn such as first aid, CPR, and rescue techniques. You will also benefit from personal gains such as maintaining or improving on fitness levels, as you are encouraged to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. The mental benefits for completing a lifeguarding course means that you will be able to cope well under pressure, work well within a team and gain a confidence in your ability, to name but a few!

What Should I Wear?

Specific requirements of clothing will be arranged beforehand, but as a rule you will need a swimming costume, towel and plenty of water to keep hydrated.
