Mike Davis, Duty Manager at Chapel leisure Centre in Chapel-en-le Frith took part in Tyneside’s Great North Run on 18th September 2011.
Running to raise funds for Children’s Hospices UK, Parkwood Leisure’s nominated charity, Mike completed the half marathon in a very respectable time of 2 hours 7 minutes, coming in 16,920th of 54,000 competitors.
