Bingham Leisure Centre, Nottingham has recently been awarded a Quest score of 78%, placing it in the ‘Highly Commended’ category.
Quest is the UK quality scheme for the sport and leisure industry, and is designed to help leisure facilities to continue to enhance and develop the quality of the service they provide to their customers.
This high score is fantastic, and reflects the excellent facilities and levels of quality which the centre continues to offer the local community.
Julian Withington, Centre Manager commented "As the Quest scheme assesses all aspects of the Centre's operations, including customer service, cleanliness and service planning a good score is a true indication of a high standard of service.
At Bingham Leisure Centre we're delighted with our score of 77%, placing us in the top quartile of registered sites. Our achievement took a real team effort and shows what a great and committed team we have here."
