A brand new state of the art expressions Health & Fitness suite is now open at Rushcliffe Leisure Centre, Nottingham.
This is the final phase in a series of developments to modernise facilities in the borough, aimed to make health and fitness accessible and affordable for all. Other recent developments include brand new gyms at Keyworth Leisure Centre and Rushcliffe Arena.
This new facility provides 45 stations of cardiovascular, resistance and free weight equipment. With equipment provided by Precor, and including personal viewing screens on all the cardiovascular kit, the new gym will cater for everyone, from beginners to more experienced users.
Andy Knight, Area Manager commented “We believe that this is the final piece to an already excellent facility which comprises a large and well used leisure pool, 2 flumes and over 30 workout classes.
We are delighted with the success of all the developments across the borough; we can now provide our local community with state of the art health and fitness facilities at an affordable price.
Membership packages allow customers to exercise at all five leisure facilities in Rushcliffe and with activities such as badminton, squash, tennis and run riot admission included in the price, there really is something for everyone."
