expressions Health & Fitness is on track to launch a fully refurbished and improved fitness suite this July at the Rushcliffe Arena site in Nottingham. Part of the works will see the existing suite expand from its current location to occupy the entire first floor of the Centre.
The refurbishment will increase the number and range of cardiovascular, resistance and free weight equipment to an impressive 50 stations. With names like Precor, LifeFitness and Cybex providing the equipment, the studio will cater for all levels, from beginners to more experienced users. And with full air conditioning, customers can keep cool during those tough workouts.
The Centre also boasts a specialist “Evergreen Suite” which offers a unique “toning” experience rather than a workout. It’s specially designed for people who feel out of place in the normal gym environment and is an ideal solution for senior, de-conditioned or rehabilitating clients.
