About Circuit Training
Circuit training is the ultimate fitness class, giving you high impact cardio training as well as working all of your muscle groups. Circuit training is a form of conditioning designed to enhance your stamina, endurance, and strength all in one session. You will complete a number of different exercises (stations) with minimal rest time between each, when all stations have been completed a circuit is achieved. You can partake in our fitness enhancing circuit sessions on your own or bring a couple of friends and complete each circuit in a mini-group to keep each other motivated!
The circuit training sessions at our centre will leave you exhilarated, exhausted, and eager for more! Our enthusiastic instructors will present you with a circuit course that works every muscle in your body, whilst providing the motivation to keep you going for a whole session. Circuits are an excellent way of combining cardio based activities with resistance and strength building activities.
What Should I Wear?
No doubt you will work up a sweat during this class; we recommend you wear flexible clothing that’s comfortable to move in, as well as footwear such as trainers that provide adequate stability and flexibility. We strongly advise you bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
