About Cardio Training
Cardio class is a high energy and fun fitness class where you perform a range of cardio based activities, shown to you by our motivational instructors! No matter what your age, ability or experience, cardio class is an inclusive activity suitable for everyone. Our upbeat classes will ensure you are boosting your fitness, getting a top workout, and having a great time with an upbeat soundtrack!
The nature of this session is to increase your overall fitness and aerobic ability. You will feel great on the inside and look great on the outside, as cardio-based activities are ace for toning! Cardio inspired workouts are exceptional for the heart and lungs and are an excellent way to reduce stress.
What Should I Wear?
Cardio based activities will certainly get you moving and sweating! This is why we recommend you wear flexible and comfortable clothing to move in, as well as comfortable footwear, such as trainers, that provide adequate stability and flexibility. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your session.
