PAY NOTHING UNTIL WE'RE OPEN
Following the most recent official government guidance regarding Covid-19, our leisure centres are temporarily closed until further notice. Our customers are our first priority and as such we want to reassure all of our members that you will pay nothing while we remain closed.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
In short we will be freezing all memberships until we reopen. That means we will not be taking any direct debit payments for health and fitness and swimming memberships on 1 April 2020, and indeed for the foreseeable future. For pay monthly fixed term 12 month memberships for health and fitness and swimming, contracts will not be extended, meaning that your contact will still have the same end date regardless of the closure period.
Please do NOT cancel your direct debit at the bank, this freeze will happen automatically.
WHAT IF I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP ON A PRE-PAID ANNUAL BASIS?
We will also be pausing and extending any annual memberships to resume once we reopen. The credited time will be added to the end of your membership and we will be in touch when we reopen to confirm your new expiry date.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH SWIMMING LESSONS OR ACTIVITY BOOKINGS?
Much like our monthly memberships, we will not be collecting direct debit payments for swimming lessons or activity bookings until we reopen. These sessions will automatically be frozen, and your space will be reserved, therefore you do not need to take any action.
Any pre-paid bookings such as children’s birthday parties, sports courts, 3G, 4G, or 5G rentals will be credited to allow you to re-book for a future date. We will be in contact in due course to keep you informed of the centre’s reopening and therefore the continuation of your swimming lessons and activity bookings.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP OR BOOKING?
If you have already cancelled your membership don’t panic - we are allowing anyone who cancelled their membership in March to quickly and easily reinstate it on existing terms and conditions and have it immediately frozen until we reopen. Simply fill in the relevant form below and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Given our leisure centres are closed, all payments are frozen. Therefore we are unable to process any new cancellations at present. These can be requested in line with your terms and conditions when centres reopen.

It is currently unclear how long our centres will need to remain closed, however we will be consulting with industry bodies and the government in the coming weeks and provide an update as soon as possible.
For now, we would like to thank you for your continued custom, understanding, support and patience, and to recognise the incredible efforts of staff over this difficult period.

Staying fit and healthy is not only great for our bodies, but also for our mental and emotional well-being. Your local leisure centre is at the heart of your community and we want it to stay that way when you're at home. It is important to us that we support our members as much as we possibly can, especially at this testing time. That is why we would like all of our members to stay HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER AT HOME with remote support from us to help you keep working towards your health and well-being goals. We've got loads of great at-home workout ideas for you and the kids, plus other ways to keep your body and mind active.
LEISURE CENTRE APP
In addition to our free of charge Les Mills home workout videos, we also have some home workout programmes in our Leisure Centre app, which you can find on the App Store or Google Play. From cardio to strength to stretching and mobility, we have a whole suite of workouts to suit any training ability.
Once again, thank you for your continued support. Being able to continue exercising and staying active is important for our mental and physical well-being and we hope these additional steps will enable us to continue to help you stay active for as long as possible.
