Junior Pump - Instructor led fitness sessions for 11 - 16 year olds - available at Rushcliffe Arena on Saturday afternoons from 12 - 1pm. Sessions will be varied, and may include activities based in the fitness suite or sports hall based exercise such as circuit classes. Booking is advised.
