Following a recent assessment Penzance Leisure Centre has been awarded Quest with a Highly Commended score of 75%. Quest is ‘a continuous improvement tool which can be used to help organisations (like Penzance Leisure Centre) do what they do better…The Audit commission has recognised that it is a critical tool to demonstrate quality assurance…Management Contractors (like Parkwood) use Quest to improve their management and service to their customers.’ Achieving 75%represents a fantastic achievement for the Centre. Two years ago the centre achieved an encouraging score of 67%. Stephen Trow, General Manager said 'A lot of hard work and effort has gone in to achieving this score and this now becomes the basis for continuous improvement.'
