Please be aware The Track and Grass Areas at Ladywell Arena will be closed from 16th August 2010 until 13th October 2010. Please note the gym is open as usual.

Early Bird Running Sessions are available 8am till 9am Monday to Friday. The Early Bird sessions are free.
