Expressions membership available here! Get full use of our gym, fitness classes, swimming and racket sports all for one monthly payment.
Swimming Pool Admissions Policy: One adult (16yrs+) can be responsible for up to 2 children under 8 yrs of age and must stay with them in the water.
All children under 3 years of age are required to wear a well fitted `aqua nappy` for swimming. These can be purchased from reception
We operate a strictly `no outdoor footwear` policy in our pool changing rooms. All customers must remove their outdoor shoes or wear the overshoes provided.
Cancellation Policy: 12hrs notice must be given by all customers to cancel fitness classes and main hall bookings otherwise payment must be made in full
To take advantage of our online booking system please contact reception for your login and password.
We have block bookings available for a miminum of 10 weeks for the training area, main hall, and the gymnasium. Please contact reception for more information.
