- Main Entrance – Automatic doors provide easy access for wheelchairs and pushchairs
- Lift – Located in reception going to first floor. Ask at reception for assistance
- Family/Disabled/Baby Changing – Located in wetside changing rooms
- Disabled Hoist – For access to main pool, please ask at reception
- Disabled Parking – Provision has been made at the front of the building for registered badge holders
- Parent & Toddler Parking – Spaces available at the front of the building
- Alternative Brochure & Menu Formats – Available for the visually impared, please ask at reception.
