In May the Centre went through the 2 day QUEST accreditation process and passed. The key to achieving QUEST is demonstrating that you offer a quality leisure experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The process involves a 2-day audit and a mystery customer visit. We are very proud of our achievement!
