To take advantage of our online booking system please contact reception for your unique login and password.
Expressions membership availabe here! Get full use of our gym, fitness classes and swimming all for one monthly payment.
We have rooms available to hire, perfect for meetings and groups. Please contact us for further details.
Is your club looking for somewhere to play Football or Badminton? Pleae contact us for block booking details.
Cancellation Policy: 12hrs notice must be given by all customers to cancel fitness classes and main hall bookings otherwise payment must be made in full
We operate a strictly `no outdoor footwear` policy in our pool changing rooms. All customers must remove their outdoor shoes or wear the overshoes provided.
All children under 3 years of age are required to wear a well fitted `aqua nappy` for swimming. These can be purchased from reception (subject to availability)
Swimming Pool Admissions Policy: One adult (16yrs+) can be responsible for up to 2 children under 8 yrs of age and must stay with them in the water.
