GET YOUR KIT ON AND GET DOWN TO THE CENTRE! Christmas is a time of indulgence but now is the time to dust off those trainers and get active again!
We have a studio available for hire perfect for meetings, small groups etc. Contact us for further details.

We offer a variety of childrens` parties guaranteeing your child a birthday to remember! Please see "News from this Centre" for detailed information
Booking activities online - please note the following: if your chosen activity states that "resources are not available" the activity is fully booked.
Can your child swim? We offer group lessons in partnership with the ASA NPTS. Adult lessons are also available Wednesday evenings
Cancellation Policy: 4 hours notice must be given by customers to cancel fitness classes and 12-24 hours notice for one off & block bookings

All credit card transactions £10 or below will incur a 50p service charge.
Expressions membership available! Get full use of our gym, fitness classes, swimming and racket sports (subject to availability) all for one monthly payment
We operate a strictly `no outdoor footwear` policy in our pool changing rooms. All customers must remove their outdoor shoes or wear the overshoes provided.
All children under 3 years of age are required to wear a well fitted `aqua nappy` for swimming. These can be purchased from reception (subject to availability)
Swimming Pool Admissions Policy: One adult (16yrs+) can be responsible for up to 2 children under 8 yrs of age and must stay with them in the water.
