Trainee Duty Manager

Both Wycombe Sports Centre and Court Garden Leisure Complex are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hard working individual to join our management team.
We are currently looking for a Trainee Duty Manager. You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. This key role will involve the day to day management of a busy leisure facility, including safety of users, cleanliness, set ups and the day to day running of the leisure facility.
You will work 40 hours a week (shift work) and must have a customer focused approach and the desire to be the best.
An NPLQ, First Aid at Work Certificate and PPO is essential , however training will be provided for the ideal candidate.
It is intended that the successful applicant will soon move on to a full time Duty Manager post within the contract.
