    Wednesday Workout: Arms

    Why not try our upper body work out to tone-up your arms! Make sure you start with a warm up before getting straight into exercise and always pick a weight that is suitable for you!
     
    Warm up your body with a light cardio activity, and hold your stretches for between 8-15 seconds. If you’re unsure what stretches to do get a member of staff to show you- it’s their job to help.
     

    Warm up [6 - 10 mins]: Start slowly, gradually increasing intensity until you start to feel warm.

     

    The Main Workout

    1. 10 x Standing V Raises 
    2. 10 x Push Ups 
    3. 20 x Shoulder Taps 
    4. 20 x Tricep Kickbacks
    5. 10 x Shoulder Press 
    6. 10 x Tricep Extensions
     
    Try each set 3 or 4 times with a 2 minute rest in between sets!
