The Benefits of Tap
It may surprise you but tap dancing is an immense workout and tons of fun too! Tap is a great dance to tone your legs and engage with your core muscles for great posture and definition. With lots of opportunities to express yourself and progress you could be the next Gene Kelly tapping your way to the top!
What Should I Wear?
You will of course need a pair of tap shoes! We also recommend you wear leggings or similar to ensure we can give you the best coaching on alignment and positioning! Wear a loose fitting top to keep comfortable and cool. Don’t forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during your sessions!
